Beautiful unique home over 1900sqft. It is a great place for couples or a family. This is a guest house behind a main house but is a totally private home not shared with anyone. Spacious 1983 sqft guest house with lots of space to gather inside or outside. 215 yards from the beach makes it easily walkable. Close to down town, the aquarium, casinos, shopping and restaurants. Can easily accommodate 6 people. Great place to hangout and relax. Loft with TV and beanbags for the kids. Plus Arcade The space This unique guest house is 1983 sqft with plenty of space to entertain, a large kitchen, open bar area and large outdoor area with seating. 2 very large bathrooms 1 King bed 1 trundle bed with 2 twin sized mattresses 1 queen Nantucket (murphy bed) 2 full bathrooms. 2 twin air mattresses available Bedroom The bedroom has a king bed and twin trundles (2 mattresses) & full bathroom with a shower attached. Living room The living room is very large. There is a queen Nantucket bed (Murphy bed) in the living room that folds out. There are also 2 twin air mattresses available. There is a separate full bathroom with a shower that can be accessed from the living room. Kitchen There is a large open kitchen with a gas range. We have provided quality cookware and cutlery for guest who wish to cook. Loft There is a large loft area with 2 6 foot bean bags and a TV. The loft area has a low ceiling. There is a TV in the bedroom, 2 in the living room and 1 in the loft. They are all smart TV's with access to Sling TV, Netflix and HULU. Parking: Guest of the guest house should park behind the main house right in front of the guest house or on the side of the guest house. Guest access The front door of the guest house has a smart lock. Codes are sent 15 min prior to check in time on check in day. Other things to note Absolutely no parties are allowed. No loud music. Please do not block the driveway and pull all the way around back. No parking in front of neighbors house. Overflow cars may park on street in front of our property or on the street across from the house. If you plan to have guests not on the reservation, please let us know.
