Sip your coffee as you watch the sunrise on the spacious back deck overlooking the canal or a late afternoon drink as you enjoy the sunset or sound of the waves as you overlook the beautiful NC Marsh teaming with birds. With its many outside sitting areas, sun and shade seekers alike will find just the right spot. The space Hooked on a Feelin' is a newly renovated; Beach themed 3 bedroom cottage. Fall and Winter are a great time to visit. Plan a relaxing Holiday get away! Celebrate the New year with friends and Family. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and the third with a twin over full bunk. Sleeps 7. Smart Tv's in every bedroom, as well as bed-side USB plugs for convenience. LINENS: We want to make your vacation as relaxing as possible- therefore we provide all bed linens and bath towels at no extra charge. Please note: towels are provided for guest use in house only- NOT intended for use at the beach. Please specify the exact number of guests that will be staying, as we provide the number of towels that equals the number of guests. STARTER WELCOME PACK: We have proivded the basics for a short stay- to include 2 rolls of toilet paper; box of kleenex; 1 roll of paper towels; laundry detergent; dishwasher pods; several large trash bags; shampoo, conditioner and body wash in outdoor shower; ground coffee and filters. INDOORS: Bathroom features a rainfall shower head and hand held sprayer. Open floor plan with eat in kitchen, table and bar stool dining. Family room features comfortable reclining seating just right to enjoy a movie after a day a the beach. Work from home at the kitchen island equipped with USB plugs. Central air, dishwasher, microwave, oven, drip coffee maker- with starter pack of coffee; well appointed kitchen to make meal preparation easy; pantry located in kitchen island- pull out shelving makes it easy to access all of your dry goods; wireless internet, sound bar in family room. TV: Log into your favorite Streaming service to watch live TV 1. Using the TV A. Using the TV remote press the on button. B. OUTDOORS: Newly Renovated- fenced private yard- Features wood decking, Tennessee River rock - plenty of outdoor seating/hanging out options, as well as tropical landscaping. Outdoor hot and cold shower overhead and foot shower also offers a separate changing area for cleaning off after a day in the surf and sand. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided in outdoor shower for ease of use. Large fenced in back yard just right for enjoying games in the afternoon or spend time in the Adirondack chairs; play corn hole in the back yard; new Weber Gas grill; Brunch on the deck over-looking the canal, or relax in the covered patio area during the summer months. House faces East/West which means the back yard offers plenty of shade in the afternoon. Large decks on both the front and back of the house means for the sun lovers there is always plenty of space to bask in the warm rays. Bring your boat, paddle board or kayaks Hooked On A Feelin' is Strictly NOT PET Friendly- No exceptions to this policy, as we have children with severe pet allergies. Non smoking No parties THE VACANT LOT TO THE RIGHT OF OUR HOUSE IS NOT OURS- DO NOT park anything on that lot or use in any way ie playing games. Our driveway affords adequate space to park boat trailers, vehcicles or golf carts . Maximum number of guests is 7 Linens and towels - for in house use only. Replacement towel fee of $75 will be charged for lost, damaged or towels used at the beach. Cushions for deck furniture in lower level. Chair cushions and Corn hole game MUST BE PUT AWAY AFTER USE. Please do not leave cornhole boards or bags outside- the weather/rain will destroy them. A replacement fee of $250 will be charged for cushions or game left out and/or ruined. Guest access Free parking on gravel driveway. Parking for up to 5 cars. Enough room for up to a 30' boat/trailer Please note: Parking is free on our property. However, should you drive to other beach locations on the island- it is paid parking. Other things to note Holden Beach is a barrier island of North Carolina. It’s located within 40 miles of both Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. 125 golf courses are within a 1 hour drive from Holden Beach, 40 courses are within 30 minutes. Other activities to enjoy are fishing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, miniature golf, collecting seashells and many ice cream shops for your sweet tooth. Boat, jet ski, kayak and golf cart rentals are nearby. Golf carts and kayaks can be delivered right to the property.
