Guests may need to replenish consumables depending on the length of stay and group size. Guest access This home is located in the gated Emerald Shores community nestled between the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Scenic Gulf Drive and all the conveniences of the Emerald Coast Parkway/Highway 98. Situated on a quiet cul de sac and across the street from the largest of two community pools and the community pickleball/tennis/basketball court, this location offers plenty of space for children to safely play and explore within sight. The beach is a short 5 to 7 minute walk or an even shorter Emerald Shores shuttle (operates May - August) ride. At the beach, guests of Emerald Shores have private beach access and use of a covered beach cabana with plenty of seating and, best of all, clean bathrooms! This home is centrally located and provides easy access to beach front restaurants and activities/attractions on Highway 98.
