Ensuring the safety of all children is of paramount importance, and therefore it is imperative to adhere to certain guidelines. Firstly, we kindly request that parents or guardians supervise their children at all times while utilizing the swing set. This will help maintain a secure environment and minimize the risk of accidents or injuries. Additionally, we would like to emphasize that by using the swing set, guests implicitly acknowledge and accept that any injuries that may occur are the responsibility of the supervising adult and not grounds for pressing charges against the establishment. Furthermore, for the safety and preservation of the swing set, we have implemented a weight limit of no more than 100 pounds and an age limit of 3 to 8 years old for its use.
