Hidden Gem with Full Kitchen, Fast Wifi, Fire Pit

Enjoy the city & escape to relax at your home away from home. 15 min. to downtown Asheville, 10 min. to Haywood Rd/ W. Asheville and 20 min. to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Spread out in this spacious apartment with separate bedroom and living space. Cook in the kitchen with a full sized fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker & more. Relax on the couch with smart TV and wifi, or in the king sized bed. Enjoy the outdoors with our fire pit. We have a “No Chores Checkout” policy (see below) The space Private apartment tucked in the basement of our home with private entrance and free parking. Entrance has a ramp or stairs and apartment is all on one level. The path to the apartment has a gentle slope and is lit at night. The space has a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dining table, cookware, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and more. Living room has a smart tv with wifi access. The couch pulls out to a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress. Linens and pillows are included for the pull out, and are stored in the bedroom closet. The living room also features a workspace with a desk. The bedroom features a king sized bed with memory foam topper. Side tables each have a reading light and wireless phone chargers with additional outlets. The apartment features landscape photography from around Western North Carolina from a local photographer. This is a family friendly space and has a pack and play with changing table and some small children’s toys. We live in the house above the apartment. We make every attempt to be respectful, but you may hear footsteps as we move around. You might also meet our dog, Lily, as you enter and exit the space. Guest access Our neighborhood is a small one-lane paved street. Although not posted, the speed limit on our street is 15mph. Parking is free. Please park on the far left hand side of our driveway in front of the trash and recycling bins. Feel free to use the fire pit or enjoy our shaded yard. Let us know if you plan to use the fire pit and we will make sure there is firewood and starter available! We also have outdoor chairs and roasting skewers. Other things to note No Chores Checkout: We choose not to ask guests to complete any "chores" before checking out. The cleaning fee covers the cleaning of the space between guests, so you do not need to wash sheets, take out the trash, etc. We always appreciate when guests wash dishes or tidy after cooking, but we absolutely understand that you are travelling and have other priorities as you pack up the morning of your departure. The Dog: Lily is always enthusiastic to meet new friends. She is on an invisible fence and can roam the yard freely and will likely greet you in the hopes of belly rubs. Her invisible fence keeps her contained to the yard and she cannot cross onto the driveway.
