They are not accessible from the main living space—you must go outside to enter this room. - There are two outdoor cameras on the property. One is above the downstairs entrance, and the second is in front of the house, pointed at the street. - Due to our septic system, infants are included in max. occupancy. - This home allows 2 dogs under 30 lbs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine. - Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules. - Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance. Parking Details: Ample parking in the driveway.
