Unit includes the comforts of home to make your stay carefree. Updated kitchen is equipped with newer appliances, new cookware and pantry essentials. Towels, bed linens, kitchen towels and beach towels are replaced regularly in order to offer our guests the best experience. The primary room offers a King size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Full size bed and a Twin bed. A second bathroom with tub/shower is right outside the second bedroom. Wifi & Premium Television Channels. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toys are all available for your use. Traveling with kids? We have a pack and play, feeding chair and kid friendly eating utensils. Pool in the complex is heated and you have access to a BBQ. Washer and Dryer is available in the building. Laundry detergent pods are included in the amenities we provide. STRICT NO SMOKING OR VAPING POLICY. NO PETS Guest access Getting around is easy! Park your car in the space included with your rental and for the remainder of your time you can walk or take the free Siesta Key trolly to the restaurants and shops. Keep in mind this is a Short Term Rental, therefore we are unable to accept/receive any US Mail on behalf of our guests. No third party rentals.
