Newly renovated and beautifully decorated!! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house has everything you need for your dream beach vacation! Beautiful patio area with two outdoor tables and spaces to relax and unwind after a day at the beach! Perfectly located - the beach is about one mile away and shopping (groceries, restaurants, etc.) less than a half a mile! Downtown St. Augustine about 7 miles away.Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen! Wifi throughout house. Parking in driveway. The space Enjoy the entire house! Games, books and TV’s are provided if you want to relax at the house. Out door table/chairs are on two different patios to enjoy an evening outdoors! We have beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and children sand toys for you to enjoy during your stay! We also have cornhole and ladder ball at the house (located in the small shed)! The backyard has a hammock in the back, outdoor seating at both patio areas and a grill in the small shed for you to enjoy! We provide a pack and play, stroller, and booster chair if you are traveling with children! We also have movies, board games (for kids and adults) and books for you to use during your stay! As much as we would love to host everyone, we are unable to accept pets or service animals at our house. We frequently stay at our house with our son who has severe pet allergies.
