This property is located in 3900 West 33rd Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44109, United States House located in Old Brooklyn, 6 minutes away from Cleveland Hospital MetroHealth Main Campus, 3 minutes from the Cleveland Zoo. 10 minutes from Downtown, Nearby shops and 8 minutes from Steelyard shopping centers. This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews. While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away. HOUSEKEEPING: •There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: •Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the side of the house. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee. NOTE: •We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.
