The space This building is three stories and only has 18 units it is located right on the beach, as soon as you walk in the front door you can see the ocean. When you're on the beach you feel like you have a private beach, the building is so small there is hardly ever anybody in front of it, the views are breathtaking of the sunrise and sunset. It is a hidden gem ! Guest access Park anywhere in parking lot, no pass is needed. 1 parking space with over flow parking.
