Two miles north of your villa is the centuries-old Big Tree, while Rockport Beach is an 11-mile drive away. Back at home, comfortable furnishings in the main living area allow you to get cozy while you enjoy a movie on the TV. A full suite of stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen ensures you'll have all you need to prepare delicious meals. The home also boasts a second-floor living area with a sofa, bean bags, and an additional TV for additional leisure. Another perk is the designated trailer parking spot for added convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site. The following are not permitted on-site: boat parking, RVs, weddings, and parties. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
