New Samsung stainless steel double stove with convection option, new LED stainless vent hood, new Samsung stainless dishwasher, new Samsung enamel ceramic microwave with sensor technology. Stainless LG refrigerator. Ethan Allen birds-eye maple table can expand to seat 8 with leaf. New Whirlpool clothes washer. Fresh fruit and free-range eggs seasonably available. Featuring organic cotton towels and sheets. Large back yard is great for grilling or lounging. Close to Jacksonville and the Player's Championship golf tournament. The Northeast Florida Regional Airport is less than a mile away. Vilano beach 6.5 miles or 10-15 min drive. Old City is 4 miles or 10 min drive. Keurig, Kitchenaid drip coffee, Oster Versa blender, mixer, toaster and all basic kitchen needs supplied. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish and laundry detergent and hand soap provided along with K cups, coffee, tea and small assortment of condiments to get you started. Oatmeal, granola bars and basic cooking needs provided. We will work to accommodate any special requests for kitchen supplies, especially those received in advance. Guest access You will have the entire house and yard for your private enjoyment! This 1412 s.f. home is on 1.5 lots with a large backyard perfect for grilling or enjoying the outdoors. Corn hole game is stored next to refrigerator. Beach towels, toys, cooler, ice packs and baach chairs in pantry. Close to US-1, downtown, Vilano beach and the outlet malls--all are about 10 minutes away. Nights of Lights tours are 15 minutes away with a free park and ride shuttle 1 mile south, check with the city for shuttle schedule. Easy access to I-95. Jacksonville is a 45-minute drive, Orlando and Disney or Titusville and Kennedy Space Center about 2 hours. Other things to note Please respect our working neighbors and either keep noise to a minimum or move inside by 9 p.m. on weeknights and 10 p.m. on the weekend. We have plenty of outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. Fire pit with oak firewood available for a $10 fee. There are no stairs in the house, but guests must ascend a few stairs on either deck with railings to enter the house. Please do not use the white bath towels as beach towels; there are plenty of blue beach towels in the master bath linen closet. We provide some beach chairs, toys, etc. If you need other items, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
