The Charmed Cabin is a cozy 2-story cabin located in the Hidden Springs Resort near Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & the Great Smoky Mountains! Enjoy the cabin’s two balconies, private hot tub & resort heated indoor pool. *Please save The Charmed Cabin by clicking on the heart in the top right corner. This will help you find it again & share with others. The space Our private 3-bedroom cabin can comfortably accommodate 6. Main Level: -Living room -Electric fireplace -Roku TV -Pull-out queen bed sofa -Well-equipped kitchen -Dining room -Half bathroom Upper Level: -Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, Roku TV & en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. -Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed & Roku TV. -Bedroom 3 has twin bunk beds & Roku TV. -Full bathroom with tub -Washer & dryer -Private hot tub *All bedrooms are tight around the edges & do not have closets—luggage racks are provided. Infants & children are welcome, but please keep in mind that our cabin is not child-proofed. Amenities Internet: High speed Wi-Fi with download speeds up to 600 Mbps throughout the cabin. TV: TVs are available in the living room & all bedrooms. Guests can use their own accounts for streaming subscriptions such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, toaster, blender, Keurig, coffeemaker, plates, cups, utensils & other kitchen supplies. Bring your own food, drinks, coffee, etc. *A starter supplies pack is provided, which includes: paper towels, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. What You Need to Bring: Everything else that is not listed above that you would need if & when starter pack runs out. Laundry: Washer & dryer, iron & ironing board Hot Tub: Located on the upper level, the hot tub is surely a feature to enjoy! Our hot tub is cleaned between all guest visits. Do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. *Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Charcoal BBQ Grill: Available for guests to use. Guests need to provide your own charcoal. Community Indoor Heated Swimming Pool: Accessible 10 AM-10 PM, but please note that availability of the community pool is beyond our control & we cannot guarantee it’ll be open during your stay. ***Community Pool is closed in January/February for maintenance. Security/Health & Safety •There are 2 exterior cameras: Ring doorbell camera at front door and Ring floodlight capturing front of cabin with active video & audio recording 24/7. •NO indoor cameras. •A fire extinguisher & first aid kit are located below the kitchen sink. There are additional fire extinguishers & fire ladders in both upstairs restrooms under the sinks. •Smoke alarm/carbon dioxide detectors throughout the cabin & in every bedroom. Guest access The entire cabin is yours to enjoy! The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Your unique door code will be sent prior to check-in. Roads/Private Parking The roads leading to the cabin are paved & the parking area is gravel/dirt. Parking is available for 2-3 vehicles directly in front of the cabin. Vehicles with AWD/4WD are strongly recommended for winter weather. Other things to note The details: -No pets -No smoking of any kind indoors or allowing outside smoke to enter the cabin. -No parties -Number of guests must match count on reservation *This cabin is located where bugs, insects, critters, & other animals including bears are present. Please be mindful and clean up any food that can attract these animals. Don’t forget to lock your vehicle’s doors, too! Although not required, we highly recommend guests to purchase travel insurance in case of family emergencies, bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, snow/ice, COVID-19 restrictions, travel restrictions, etc.
