Gas fireplace for use during chilly fall nights Columbus Day through the winter ski season and is a great spot to pull up a chair and relax. Spring, summer and fall months enjoy hiking out the front door or birdwatching and tremendous views from the front deck while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Unit is air conditioned during warmer months via a standup window unit and comes with beach towels and cooler to make your stay more pleasant. The property is across the street from miles and miles of state property used by hikers, ATVers, mountain bikers, cross country skiers, hunters and snowmobile enthusiasts. Enjoy the above ground saltwater pool and sun deck with expansive Mountain Views from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The pool is the only shared space on the property. The loft is in a separate building on a nearly 4 acre estate. Other things to note Special occasions made more memorable with a custom gift basket, balloons, floral arrangements, scattered rose petals, cheese and cracker boards. Inquire about pricing, not included in room rate, requires extra charge. The bed coverings are country quilt designs found along our travels. We frequently change them out as each is unique and beautiful. Depending on the season, the gift basket contents will change. All linens, quilts, blankets and towels are cleaned, sanitized and washed between guests. Please note there is no washer, dryer or dishwasher. There’s a laundry mat 10 minutes away in the town of Prattsville. Pet policy Only well-behaved, house trained dogs are allowed. No puppies or dogs under 1.5 years of age. No wee wee pads, dogs must be relieved outdoors and picked up after. Dogs must be left in a crate when not with owner. Owner assumes all financial responsibility for damages. No cats, maximum amount of dogs is 2. Electric Vehicle Charging We do not have an electric vehicle charging station, our current electric set up cannot handle the additional wattage. We have had it tested and it puts our grid at risk and your vehicle should a surge happen. Pool Above ground saltwater pool is new for the 2023 season as is the newly constructed sun deck. Open from Memorial Day to mid-September with hours of 10 am to 4 pm. Enjoy the expansive Mountain View as you float listening to the sounds of nature. The pool is the only shared space on the property. WiFi Your streaming needs will be met with excellent WiFi provided by Starlink. This is a complimentary service provided to our guests. Please note disruption in WiFi service can happen, all efforts will be made to resolve and restore service. In the country storms and severe weather can interfere with connectivity, especially satellite providers. No refunds will be given.
