The second guest bedroom features a king bed and flat screen TV. The third guest bedroom has two (2) twin beds and flat screen TV. Both guest bedrooms connect to a shared full bathroom. There is also a rollaway bed available. The open floor plan provides stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the large kitchen, dining area, great room, and bonus room. Relax in the bonus room that includes a 9 foot shuffleboard table, arcade game and pub style table and chairs to enjoy cocktails, meals, or sunsets. Unwind on the spacious private outdoor terrace, which is perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining, sunbathing or watching the spectacular sunsets. Your private outdoor terrace overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, beautifully manicured tropical grounds, and a large, heated pool surrounded by an extensive sundeck. Our kitchen is fully stocked, bedrooms are spacious, flat screen TV’s are located in many rooms and the patio terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy peace and tranquility. A few simple reminders of things we would ask: Please do not run air conditioning or heat with windows or doors open. Please return all towels and supplies to the unit that you may have brought to the pool or beach area. Please dry off before entering condo and avoid using furniture with wet clothes.
