ChampionsGate is a large gated community with close proximity to services, restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is walkable but driving is required to the amusement parks and attractions. Parking includes two spaces in the driveway and street parking. - All guests must be registered in order to have access to the Oasis Clubhouse. - No parties, no smoking/vaping, no pets, no unregistered overnight guests. Any violation of these rules can result in an immediate dismissal from the home with no refund. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be courteous to our neighbors who live next door all year round.
