The lay out is two separated bed/bath units- offering complete privacy for 2 couples or parents w/ kids! Float the river, soak in the hot tub or just relax. Pets OK- $50 fee The space Mama K's cottage is a modern place with plenty of outdoor space and privacy. It is configured as a one bedroom /one bathroom house and a one bedroom/ one bathroom guest unit The units are detached by about 10 feet of decking. Guests have complete access to both units, thus it is rented as a 2 bedroom /2 bathroom bungalow ! It is perfect for 2 couples traveling together or a family that wants separation between the kids and parents. Or, it would be absolutely fabulous for one or two people to spend a cozy, elegant time. 2-4 people is the perfect number for my place, not more please. Mama K's cottage is the ultimate escape. Guest access There is a carport that fits two cars and there is an EV charger. There is also parking on the side of the road. I am about an 1 1/2 miles from town. It’s about a 30 minute walk or a five minute bike ride. Other things to note This is a river front property with private access to the river. I have a couple kayaks and paddle boards that guests can borrow. Or bring your own toys, if you have them. It is about a 7 mile float to Jenner, all down stream, but check the tide before you float! . Registration Details 4290N
