Other Attractions: Sullivan County Fair, the Pennsylvania Bow Hunter’s Festival, & Eagles Mere. The space You will travel around 3 miles off Route 154 on a well maintained dirt township road to your own personal 120 acre mountain retreat. You can choose to sleep in the newly remodeled home or set up tents anywhere on the property and rough it..... There are multiple fire pits including a propane pit on the front deck if you choose to not roam to far. The property is designed to be enjoyed by many including your furry friends. There are many PA animals that frequent the property such as deer, turkey, bear, and at night you may hear a coyote or two... Also, don't forget your fishing poles... there are plenty of catfish to catch and release in the ponds. Guest access There is plenty of parking available with no neighbors in sight. Other things to note Hunting of any kind is not permitted. No ATVs.
