Sleeping up to 7, the layout is ideal for families or groups, with flexible bedding and two full bathrooms. Getting around is effortless: the FREE bus stop is just 250ft away (one short building walk), whisking you to the ski base in ~5 minutes and downtown with ease. During prime ski season, two bus lines service this stop eliminating your wait times to access the champagne powder! After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in two year-round hot tubs (one right below the condo), and enjoy the seasonal pool (memorial day to late summer). Grills, a firepit, and picnic tables are also available for your use with grilling equipment provided. Kids will love the on-site playground. Inside, relax by the gas fireplace, stream movies or sports on the 55" smart TV with Chromecasts, and stay connected with our fast WIFI- perfect for remote work. The fully stocked kitchen features updated appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker for easy mornings. Additional perks include a private, lockable activity closet for skis or bikes, a top-floor location with no overhead noise, a beautiful patio with Adirondack chair, in-unit washer/dryer with supplies, and air purifiers for added peace of mind. Summer AC (June-October) available via two exterior vented AC units in the master bedroom and the living room.
