Important Rental Rules and Policies This rental does not include towels. Guests must provide all of their own personal, beach, and pool towels, as none are supplied at the property. Our standard check-in hours are between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If your arrival falls after 8:00 PM, please note there is a strict 25 dollar extra fee for late check-in to cover after-hours key delivery. Long-term monthly rental discounts are available for extended seasonal stays. For monthly rentals, please note that all utilities are extra and billed separately based on actual guest consumption.
