Please park in front of the garage and do not block the circle driveway during business hours because neighbors/drivers use our driveway to turnaround on Spring Meadow Dr. We believe in offering our guests the utmost privacy and will not appear in person unless of extenuating circumstances. However, we will be easily accessible through Airbnb communications, phone/text, or email. We will typically be available in the nearby area if needed. For extended stays (5+ days), my husband and I/Airbnb groundskeeper may need to maintain the chickens in the backyard coop. We will notify and gain approval from guests beforehand. Located at the end of a private drive with large circle driveway protected by 10+ foot privacy fence. Neighboring properties are primarily families + small businesses. Convenient dog boarding, Barks and Recreation Pet Suites, within walking distance. NO HOA or other neighborhood restrictions! However, this is a family-oriented area, so please be respectful of our property and neighbors. Our private drive is easily accessible from W. Hardy Road by motor vehicle. You may walk or bike to the nearby baseball park with jungle gym--Bayer Park. Historic Old Town Spring is ~2 miles north and easily accessible by motor vehicle/rideshare service. Access to major highways I45, Hardy Toll Road, and 99 within 4 miles. Ample parking connected to the side of the house in front of the garage. Please no loud noises between 10pm and 10am to abide by Texas regulations and respect our neighbors. No Weddings - We're excited and happy for your special day! However, we recommend you book with a local wedding venue such as Grand Oaks that can better accommodate requests for your event.
