Fully equipped kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave, Dish Washer, Oven, Range, Cooking ware, Utensils, Cutlery, Plates, Coffee cups, drinking glasses, Wine glasses, baking ware and cutting boards. Kitchen is facing the lake. UPPER DECK (Right side): Open deck with seating (access from lower level or parking stairs) UPPER DECK (Left Side): Open deck for additional outdoor area, no seating (access from lower level or parking stairs) PORCH (Lower Level): Enclosed porch with seating (facing the lake) PARKING: Covered Porch INTERNET: Free Wi-fi (High speed Comcast internet) Guest access You will have full access to our house, deck, backyard and lake. Other things to note * We do not provide access to common ground such as Club house, beach area, swimming pool, play area due to restricted HOA access to permanent residents only * We do not advise to swim in the lake due to unknown factors of the water, wild life...etc. Swim at your own risk and DO NOT GO PAST 12 FEET AWAY FROM DOCK. * The bar in the corner of the upper deck is not available for guest. This is only storage.
