Welcome to Windchime #202, a cozy two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath condo that sleeps up to six guests and is just a block away from the Chile Express chairlift—perfect for hitting the slopes or exploring the mountain! The space On the first level, the fully equipped kitchen boasts full-size appliances to fuel your adventures, with a dining table that seats four and two extra spots at the kitchen counter for those quick bites. The living area is ideal for unwinding after a day of fun, featuring a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV with Dish Network, and a decorative fireplace to add a little extra charm. Step outside to the balcony from the living room and breathe in the fresh mountain air! There's also a convenient half-bath on this level for added ease. Upstairs, both bedrooms await. The main bedroom is your peaceful retreat, with a queen bed and a private balcony to catch some quiet moments and stunning views. The second bedroom, also with a queen bed, offers comfort and relaxation. For your convenience, there’s a washer and dryer and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo to keep everything fresh and clean. This condo is accessed by one flight of exterior stairs and another set inside leading to the bedrooms. NON-PET FRIENDLY SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Living Room: Sleeper Sofa KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric cooktop, electric ovens, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, toaster, drip coffeemaker. INDOOR LIVING: Decorative Fireplace, flat-screen TV, Central heating. GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner. LOCATION: Windchimes #202 is .4 miles from the Ski Lodge (about a 2 min drive or ten minute walk) PARKING: Parking Lot available POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee. The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use. WHAT TO KNOW: This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out. Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation. Smoking is not permitted on our properties. Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes. 4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
