This Chalet-style home is located on West Harbor Pond, a beautiful and serene 84-acre freshwater lake in the heart of the Boothbay peninsula. The two acre property has a stone terraced lawn leading to the 250 feet of lake frontage with a private dock and float - the perfect place to swim, fish, sunbath and launch the canoe or kayaks that are provided for your enjoyment. Close to Boothbay Harbor's downtown area shops, restaurants & boating excursions. Visit nearby Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. This lake front home is being completely renovated for the 2024 season. Two new bathrooms were finished last season along with a new heat and central AC system. This year the house will have a new wrap-around deck, siding, exterior lighting, modified interior layout with a new kitchen and new flooring throughout the house. Guests have access to the full house with the exception of one of the two garage bays. We live in the area and own an inn and four vacation homes - Boothbay Vacation Homes - follow us on fb.
