This beautifully renovated condo in Walnut Hills welcomes you with a bright and spacious living room, exposed original brick wall, gleaming hardwood floors, and a fully stocked kitchen! Off street parking and a private entrance make this feel even more like your home away from home. Minutes from downtown Cincinnati, college campuses such as the University of Cincinnati and Xavier, OTR, Central Business District, and so much more that Cincinnati has to offer! Modern meets cozy. Clean, crisp wall and cabinet colors nestle with warm earthy tones and fluffy couches to blend a touch of home with a fresh city feel. The entire condo is yours during your stay! I am available most quickly via text and am accessible for any of your needs during your stay! We are located in Walnut Hills, a suburb of Cincinnati, and the area is rich with history, architecture, and sites to see! We are also minutes from the University of Cincinnati and Xavier University campuses, along with Children's Hospital Medical Center. Other destination areas such as Over-the-Rhine, Hyde Park, the Central Business District, Eden Park, and much more are all within about 15 minutes of our condo! We have 4 dedicated parking spots in the lot behind our building, each marked with a sign indicating they are for Rosewood Flats. You can use ANY TWO of these spots while staying at our condo (the other two are used for the condo upstairs). Please do not park in the spot marked for Peterman Properties - you will be towed! There is also street parking all around, but be sure to follow the restrictions that are posted on the signage near each parking area. Uber and Lyft service our area, and the Cincinnati Metro bus line is nearby if you need to get around without a rental car.
