Regardless of what direction you are traveling, begin to slow down when you see the yellow signs for the East Alderwood Road and turn toward the water into the sloped gravel driveway. If traveling west on WA State Route 106 (from Belfair), you will turn right into the driveway, whereas if you are traveling east on WA State Route 106 (from Skokomish or Union), it is recommended you turn right up East Alderwood Road and turn around. From East Alderwood Road, pull in to the driveway directly across the road that bends toward the left. Once driving down the gravel driveway, complete a U-turn to pull your car in front of the garage and front door entrance. There is space for 4 cars in the driveway (2 X 2). When exiting the property, you will want to back your car down the gravel driveway toward the neighbors chain link gated entrance and then pull forward toward East State Route 106. Backing out of the property and driveway is not recommended as cars are traveling 40 MPH on the State Highway.
