A few highlights include luxury mattresses, TVs in every room, patio dining, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, ATT fiber wifi, games, extra linens, shampoo/body wash/conditioner. Easy access to HWY 9/central Norman--so many little touches you are sure to enjoy. And don't forget your family photo in front of Franklin House mural. The space You will love to play the retro Atari Galaga which is a newer addition. We have three uniquely decorated bedrooms with super comfy mattresses. In the master bedroom, or the OU room, there is a queen mattress with a walk in closet and a half bath. In the Native American room, we have another queen mattress, a large closet and a reclining chair with ottoman. In the cowboy room, we have a full sized mattress. All three rooms plus the living room have TVs for your enjoyment. Guest access You will have full access to the house, yard, and garage minus the owners closets which will be locked. Other things to note This home is. located close to OU, the Sam Noble Natural History Museum, and Reaves Park for the kids. Plus, during non-school hours, this home is not too far from Monroe Elementary which doubles as a public park when school is not in session.
