Important Resort Pass and Property Rules El Dorado Ranch strictly regulates entry, community safety, and facility access. Please review these property, vehicle, and check-in parameters carefully prior to your arrival: The standard check-in window runs from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Because our registration reception closes promptly at 8:00 PM, arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a strict 25 dollar late check-in fee to cover the staff required to facilitate your after-hours arrival. Please plan to arrive before 8:00 PM to avoid this additional charge. The maximum allowable occupancy for this property is strictly capped at 6 guests total. This limit is rigorously monitored and enforced by resort management. This rental property comes with a maximum of 6 adult swimming pool passes only. Please note that there is absolutely no option to purchase or request additional passes from the resort administration. Resort passes are issued directly to guests by the resort administration office, which closes daily at 4:30 PM. If you arrive after 4:30 PM, you will still be able to seamlessly access your rental home using your check-in details, but you will not be able to access the pool facility gates on your arrival evening. Passes can simply be picked up from the resort office the following morning. Due to strict community fire danger regulations, the resort does not permit the use of standalone charcoal or gas barbecue grills directly at the condo units or on individual balconies. To accommodate outdoor cooking, free community grilling stations featuring built-in public barbecues have been set up in a designated area away from the condos, located about a scenic 10-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the professional barbecue services offered on-site at the resort's Pavilion restaurant. Off-road vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes, are strictly prohibited from driving on the residential streets within this beachfront section of the community. A strict exception is made only for registered race teams participating in major sanctioned events like the Baja 250.
