Be sure and check out the other half of this adorable specimen, Wing-A, if more space is needed! The space We love a good transformation. Wing-B was recently renovated while maintaining the charm and character so popular in one of Austin's first neighborhoods: Travis Heights. We’ve added modern furnishings, flooring, tile, bedding, decor, and a bathroom design we can't stop staring at! The adorable jewel box of a bathroom is shared by two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom has 2 XL full beds. Outside, you can enjoy relaxing on the patio and lawn, or head to the shared backyard for even more space. Travis Heights is very walkable, but we do recommend a car to be able to explore all the great places nearby. This historic neighborhood located east of South Congress (SoCo) and west of I-35 has become one of Austin's most interesting locations to live and visit. Many of the historic area homes have been lovingly restored, and great restaurants have popped up along nearby South Congress. TRAVELLING WITH A PET? Please review house rules > Additional rules prior to booking. Please confirm if you will be traveling with a pet (including certified assistance animals) in your booking message. A pet fee of $25 per pet, per night, will be requested separately upon booking confirmation. Guest access This property is a duplex. You have rented the entire unit B to yourself. Other things to note Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay. Pack-n-Play travel crib (with sheets) & high chair are available upon request. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. - No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10:00 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Pet-friendly with prior authorization at booking, a signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night. Pet fee is requested after booking is confirmed. Two pets max with a combined weight of 60 lbs. A pet fee is requested once the booking is confirmed. - We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture to keep things fresh for everyone. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found.
