We love sharing it with our guests! 2. The home is professionally cleaned with eco-friendly products. 3. Absolutely no parties or loud/late-night gatherings. Please keep noise to a minimum once the sun goes down. We have neighbors nearby on both sides who are noise-sensitive and noise carries very easily in the area. Please respect the serenity of the neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. Please ask us for alternative accommodation and we’d be happy to help find a place! 4. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail. **Please ensure you read the house rules and comply before booking.**
