Ample seating is available, and a heat lamp ensures you can enjoy this space even during cooler months. **** THINGS TO NOTE **** Stairs: Due to unforeseen city setbacks during construction, we were unfortunately unable to build accommodations that meet accessibility standards. The guesthouse is accessible only via stairs (28 steps in total: 13 + 3 + 12), and is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges, including wheelchair users or those traveling with service or emotional support animals. While the majority of our guests have found the stairs manageable — and even appreciated the extra exercise — a few with knee issues have mentioned they wished they had noticed this detail beforehand. Please consider this carefully before booking. Tile in the top floor bathrooms: Our top-floor bathrooms features antique-style tiles designed with a vintage aesthetic. They may appear worn or weathered, but we assure you they are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained. Guest access Access to the Guesthouse is via the leftmost garage door or the Gate on the left side of that garage bay. The entry code will be the last four digits of the guest's phone number. There are two parking spots provided, one in the leftmost garage bay and the second spot behind that bay. A third spot can be made available on request. Other things to note There are two flights of stairs to the main level, a total of 28 steps (13 + 3 + 12) and an additional 15 steps to the terrace. The guesthouse comfortably sleeps 8 adults or a total of 6 adults and 4 kids.
