Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • EV CHARGER The EV charging outlet is in the garage for a 10-30 dryer. You will need to bring a charging cable and adapter. • PETS Dogs can be allowed, with approval and pet fee (fee found in House Rules) • CAMERA Outdoor forward facing recording camera for safety and security. Never inside of the home. The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. We require hosts to inform guests of any such camera or device located in a common area—even if it will be turned off during a guest’s stay. We prohibit security cameras or recording devices in private spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms, or sleeping areas. • FENCE The property is not fully fenced. • DIRECTIONS Please make sure to follow the directions so to avoid getting stuck in any sand pits. • ROAD TO THE HOUSE The road to the house is a dirt road. An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy. • A/C & Heater Sun Oro is cooled and heated by mini splits in each room to keep you comfortable all year long. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • WIFI Desert wifi can be super spotty and can go in and out. We have the best service for our rural area so working from home should not be an issue. • OUTDOOR SHOWER The outdoor shower is cold water only. • GAME ROOM The game room is in the garage and has a mini split for comfortable heating and cooling all year round. There is also ping pong, bocce ball, games and books. • HOT TUB - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
