SUITE I / Fully renovated 3-1/2, close to everything in Montreal. Bright, cozy, modern & very well located between nature and downtown. A few minutes walk from Jean Drapeau Island and it's bike paths, La Ronde, close to Old Port, Downtown, Sherbrooke University. Bus Stations at both corners connected to metro Station Longueuil or Papineau, or bike or drive to the Old Port (7 min). Easy & quick access to highway. Wi-Fi, SmartTV & all appliances (stainless steel) to make your stay feel-like-home. The space THE SPACE Sleeps 3 (Queen bed in bedroom & sofa-bed & provided in living room). Also, the apartment is offered for rent for more than 31 days. (contact us for more details and price) ---- Guest access The entire (Private Door) Apartment on the 2nd floor, with one Bedroom, one Living Room, a Kitchen with dining room, a washroom with shower, and a nice balcony with a table and two chairs for dining during warm days. About parking: Both options are available: in the street or a dedicated spot. It is a quiet street and there is always plenty of spaces. Please let us know in advance if you need a parking spot. Do not ask last-minute. It helps us organize the spaces. House Rules & Policies CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT: Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first. Self-check-in with keypad MORE INFORMATION AGE: Due to previous situations (and we’re sure this doesn’t relate to you…) We apply a minimum age requirement of 18+. Guests under the age of 18 are still entirely welcome, but they will need to be accompanied by parents or guardians. AMENITIES: The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :) CLEANLINESS: Thank you for not flushing anything into the toilet. A bin is provided down the toilet (please place sanitary napkins, wet wipes, cotton balls, etc. in the bin ). Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that before leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and any dirty towels in one place. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests. DAMAGE: We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too. SMOKING: We have a NO Smoking policy (You are welcome to smoke ONLY on the balcony or outside the building. Do not leave doors open to avoid smoke entering inside). DRUGS: What you do in your time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict NO DRUGS use policy. Although some drugs are allowed by the law… we would appreciate not using any kind on our property. ELECTRICITY (LIGHTS/ AC/ HEATING): To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it's not in use or leaving the house. Mother Nature thanks you too! OCCUPANCY: We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. If you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’re reasonable folks and will accommodate wherever possible. 'NO PARTY' POLICY: If you’re coming to Montreal to party you’ve picked a great city to do so. Unfortunately, just not at our place. Our Condo is not suitable for events or parties. Though we’re sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behaviour will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us. BEHAVIOR: We expect that the apartment door be kept locked at all times. We do not allow loud music/noise, pets and open flames. LOCATION AND VALUE: We would kindly appreciate it if you to notice the accuracy of our apartment Location and Value as in the past some guests didn’t pay attention to these details and then gave us a 4-star rate by penalizing us. Our apartments are not in ‘The Heart of the Old Port or Downtown’ which by the way are spread over an 18 km2 area. We are as mentioned outside but veeeery close. :) Otherwise, the price/night would have had an extra 0 on it. :) NOTE Our Prices are not higher. They include all mentioned taxes already, to avoid confusion on your bill: 15% Guest fee - Airbnb takes it. 3% Host fee - Quebec Tourism Tax (CITQ of Quebec keeps it) 9.98% QST Tax - Quebec Provincial Government takes it 5% GST Tax - Federal Government takes it. This explanatory message is what we all pay together :) We respect our guests and try to give our best to make your stay the most pleasant one.
