Cabana Park City is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located steps from slopes/hiking trails and a short walk (or even shorter drive) from the shops and restaurants of downtown Park City. Walk a few minutes, in either direction, down our private road to drop-in at the base of Park City Mountain or Silver Start Lift and Plaza. Enjoy mountain views through floor-to-ceiling glass-doors and windows in the kitchen, dining and living rooms or from the giant wrap-around deck. The space With new finishes and furniture throughout, Cabana Park City is clean, modern and thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups year round - including AMPLE storage for skis, snowboards and outdoor gear. We can’t wait to host you on your vacation! All three bedrooms are upstairs, with hallway separating. King bedroom - king bed Queen bedroom - queen bed Bunk Room - 4 twin beds (2 bunks) and a pullout sleepover sofa (full size bed) King bedroom has a king bed, closet storage, bench, desk and access to the back patio. Queen bedroom has closet storage and an attached bathroom with tub/shower/vanity. And the Bunk room sleeps 6, 4 in bunk beds and 2 in the queen sleeper sofa with back patio access. Bathroom in upstairs hallway includes tub/shower/vanity. Bathroom in downstairs hallway also includes tub/shower/vanity. The Queen bedroom includes clothing storage, TV, ensuite master bath and sleeps 2 comfortably. On the main floor you will find an open floor plan with a living room, dining room and kitchen. In addition to this a large foyer and main floor bathroom with shower/tub. The firepit on the balcony CANNOT be used due to HOA rules. Please do not connect any propane to it. Our condo is right next to several fantastic trail heads for hiking or biking. For more summer fun within a short walk, is the Alpine Slide, Alpine Coaster and other mini amusement rides. Our condo is also only 400 yards from the 3 kings bus stop (blue line #3), featuring a fabulous free bus line. The bus arrives every 20 minutes and runs from 8 am to midnight. With this great bus service, a car is not necessary to get to shopping, ski resorts (Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley), restaurants, movie theaters, supermarkets and recreation centers. If you decide to bring a car, we have parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one in the driveway. Parking is noted in the listing and check-in details!
