This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has an open layout, so it feels spacious and inviting. The dining room table offers seating for eight with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Also, on the main floor you will find a washer and dryer for your convenience. There are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a full-size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed with access to the upstairs balcony so you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking gulf views. There is also a bunk room upstairs with two (4 full beds) full bunk beds making it great for kids of all ages. There are two full bathrooms upstairs with tub/shower combos. This house is pet-friendly home, so you never have to leave part of your family behind. You may bring up to two dogs. This property is near very popular attractions such as The Mobile Ferry which takes you to Dauphin Island and the historic Fort Morgan. Guest Access: This unit is equipped with an e-lock, so you check in directly at the unit with the code provided in a separate text/email. No passes or fees. SUPPLIES: We only supply a starter kit of amenities, each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper, and bar of soap. The kitchen is supplied with a roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and a small dish soap/sponge. Guest will need to provide any needs after that. PROPERTY: The entire condo is available to the guest, except a owners closet. EXTRAS: There is a fee associated with Early check in or Late check out. Guest will need to contact host for approval. Those are handled on a case by case basis, they are not promised. PETS: There is a per pet fee of $100. A second dog can be approved by the host. There will be a second fee of $100 due.
