This is legit and is required to be signed prior to arrival. There is an exterior video/audio camera located at the front entrance facing the parking area. Please don't touch or tamper with the camera or you will be asked to leave the property immediately. The cabin is in the woods, so you may see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay - do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Supervise all children under 18. No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. No refunds for early departure. You are responsible for the entire booking once your reservation is made. Buy Travel Insurance. No guarantee that all stated amenities will be operational. Things break and it may take some time to get them fixed. Every effort will be made by Host to fix or replace all stated amenities to the best of their ability. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will likely be asked to leave. Absolutely no fires-except for the gas fireplace, gas fire table, camp grill in the parking area.
