The bed layout consists of two king sized beds in two separate bedrooms and a dedicated double-bunk room for the kids. An 80-inch TV in the lounge plus a 40-inch in the kids room and wifi throughout means watching the big game or keeping the kids entertained on a rainy day are both possible at this fabulous apartment. Other things to note Please note the cleaning fee includes: - Pre and post stay clean. - Commercial laundering and supply of all linen including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, face cloths, hand towels and tea towels. - Basic supplies and consumables, such as pantry items; shampoo, conditioner & body wash; coffee, tea & sugar etc. - Rubbish & recycling removal. **2 night minimum year-round 3 night minimum for all long weekends throughout the year. Easter weekend 4 night minimum ** Cancellations on ANY THIRD PARTY SITE that is not Airbnb will incur a credit card charge regardless of cancellation policy. The host will send the guest a break down showing the non-refundable credit card fee.
