Located on a beautiful marsh inlet this 4-bedroom, 4 bath home offers everything your group will need. This property is a quick walk to the beach access, 50 feet to be exact. You’ll love the ground floor screened in patio where you can sit and watch the ever-changing life of an estuary. If you are patient, you could see Herons, Egrets, Turtles and maybe a playful River Otter or two. Everyone can gather to around play cards, put together a puzzle, relax and dine inside/outside sat the table which seats 6, there are a few extra chairs as well. There is a half bath on this floor for your convenience. The garage has a pool table and a foosball table for the adults and kids. The garage is used only for storage and enjoyment, parking in the garage is not permitted. There is enough room in the driveway for 3 to 4 vehicles to park.  After a fun filled day on the beach you will enjoy the enclosed shower to rinse off and your best fur buddy will appreciate the extra hose for you to rinse him or her off, too.  The next floor is where all your necessities are.  This includes a beautiful and well-equipped full kitchen. There are 2 kitchen islands one for meal prep with 3 stools for your little helpers and the other for dining has 3 more chairs. Everyone can gather around one of the 2 dining tables or perhaps both. The long rectangular table seats 6 and the round table can seat 4. The sunsets are absolutely amazing at this home, and you’ll be sure to catch them all week long as you enjoy your family in this large open floor plan kitchen, living room, dining room area. Looking for a quit place to have a conversation or catch up on your reading? There is a small sitting area off the living room. If you find yourself needing to get some school or work done there is a full-size desk at one end of the dining room ready to accommodate you as well as taunt you with the beautiful view. The laundry room    All the bedrooms are large and spacious. The primary master bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The secondary master also has king size bed and shares a bathroom with the bunk bedroom. In the bunk bedroom there is 1 pyramid bunk which is a full on the bottom a twin on top and a twin size daybed. The bedroom with the queen size bed has an ensuite bathroom. For your enjoyment and convenience all bedrooms have a TV.  There are several public beach accesses that are a quick drive from this home or if you feel up to it it’s only it’s a 15 to 20 minute walk depending on your stride and the amount of children, pets and equipment that you are taking for your day of fun in the sun. After enjoying the beach all day, you may want to slow down and relax on the screened in front porch. If planning on bringing additional pets, please contact the office.   Paper goods and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive on the island   The Area: Topsail is a 28 mile long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA – now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life. The Missiles and More Museum is also another great attraction to visit. North Topsail Beach is 8 miles (13 minutes) from Surf City, it is also 6.4 miles (9 minutes) to Sneads Ferry. North Topsail is home to the Seaview Pier. At the Pier, you can go fishing, watch the ocean from the pier, get some ice cream, order from the restaurant.   Our properties are individually owned and our guests will have use of the entire property! Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Rodgers Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public. Sea Coast Input : Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pleasure Island at an hourly rate). Carolina / Kure Beach is easily navigable once you're here. Our beach towns are very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advance reservations are recommended beach accessories. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Carolina/Kure Beach and explore the Carolina Beach state park and its’ many hiking trails. Or the Carolina Beach Greenway walking trail. For a day trip travel from Ft. Fisher to Southport aboard the Southport Car Ferry and their many antique stores. Please note paper products such as paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you, or bought once you arrive on the island.
