Guest access Pool and Spa Heating Details: • Spa Heating: • $175 flat rate for up to 3 days. • $250 flat rate for 3 to 6 days. • For stays over 6 days, please contact me for special flat rates. • Pool Heating: • $250 per day with a 3-day minimum. Any check-outs after 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 for every 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time. This policy ensures that we can prepare the property for the next guests in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding. House Policies 1. No Smoking: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $350 penalty will apply if smoking occurs indoors. 2. Pets: A $150 flat fee applies for pets. 3. Parties and Noise: • Parties are not allowed. • Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. • If neighbors report loud music, a party, exceeding the guest limit, or if police intervention occurs, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and a $1,500 fee will apply. • This house is not suitable for outdoor parties. Indoor noise is acceptable as long as it does not disturb neighbors. 4. Air Conditioning: • Please keep the AC temperature set to 70°F. • Setting the temperature lower than 70°F during extremely hot weather can cause the unit to freeze and stop working. 5. Pool and Spa: • The pool and spa are cleaned prior to your stay. • If the weather (e.g., wind) causes debris to accumulate, additional cleaning will not be provided during your stay. 6. Pool Gate Safety: • It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure the pool gate door is securely closed at all times. • When staying with young children, always confirm the gate is properly latched.
