The bedroom has a full size bed and there is a sleep sofa in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, small appliances, dinnerware, pots and pans. A small balcony off of the living room offers a peaceful sitting place at the end of the day. Our condo also offers cable TV and a DVD player. All linens are provided for your comfort. Due to the relatively cool temperatures here in the mountains most of our homes do not come equipped with air-conditioning.  A majority of our homes have ceiling fans in almost every room and there is generally a constant breeze here. However we recommend you bring portable fans if you feel the ceiling fans won’t provide enough air circulation for you. If the home has air conditioning it will be listed in the guest access/amenities.
