The space This beach house is great for families or groups of friends who want to experience a relaxing and comfortable stay near the sea. The house can host up to 8 adults (with kids max 12 via special request). There are 3 queen beds, 2 singles in offset bunk configuration, 2 trundle singles, and a spare queen mattress. The house has four bedrooms, two of them masters with en suite bathrooms. The rear master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a TV, as well as desk with monitor for remote working during your stay. The second master bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, as well as fenced off front porch area with relaxing outdoor seating. The third bedroom has two singles in offset bunk configuration and a trundle. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The house has two living rooms, both with big screen tvs and a fireplace. The dining room seats 10 people (12 with two chairs from second living area) and has a sliding door that leads to the outdoor area. The kitchen is well-furnished with coffee making options (filter coffee machine, a stove top moka pot, and an aeropress, as well as a grinder), slow cooker, toastie maker, etc. The outdoor area has a BBQ, a wood fire, relaxing chairs, and a table with chairs. The house also has air conditioning throughout to keep you cool in summer. The house has fibre optic internet to keep you connected and entertained. Guest access Guest have access to all areas of the property. Other things to note Linen: Please be advised that linen is not supplied or included in the advertised price as the majority of guests choose to bring their own, however please enquire if you are interested in adding linen for a modest additional fee.
