Relax with the family in our 100-year-old, single story, bungalow. We offer 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6. The interior is newly remodeled, including new central heat and air. We are still sprucing up the outside. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood while relaxing on the large cozy front porch. Our home is 3 blocks from the largest town square in the U.S. It is also a short bike ride from the Lehigh Portland Trails and the Prairie Spirit Trail State Park. Iola is the home of Allen Community College. The space Our home is easily accessible with 5 wide front steps and 2 up to the deck out back. The interior has no steps. You can set the temperature of the home to your liking. Guest access You have access to the entire home. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There are basic seasonings, sugar, flour, and oil. We provide a coffee pot and Keurig with coffee. Other things to note The house was previously shown with a white exterior, but we are about 1/2 way through painting it green. With decent weather, we will hopefully be finishing up soon.
