Ogden is a premier outdoor destination that you'll love getting to know! This home has been recently renovated/updated with stylish furniture and décor. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with nearby parks, walking trails and the Ogden River. It includes a fully equipped kitchen - just bring your own food/drinks. You'll enjoy the entire house (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) with a sleeping capacity of 8. It is in a great central location whether you plan to stay in the city or take day trips. The space When you walk in the front door, the open floor plan enables you to see the entryway, dining area, kitchen, and office space. The master bedroom (king) is on the main level along with one full bathroom. The laundry room and living room are also on the main level. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (one queen, and one with two twin beds and two trundles) and another full bathroom. Guest access The house is in a cute neighborhood close to downtown Ogden. You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the owners closet, which is off of the laundry room. The driveway can easily fit 2-3 cars. You can also park on the street as long as you are pointed in the same direction as traffic. It is located within 20 miles from three premier ski resorts: Snowbasin (19 miles/28 minutes) Powder Mountain (19 miles/34 minutes) Nordic Valley (15 miles/25 minutes) It is only 2 blocks to one of many parks in the area, a 5 minute walk to the Ogden River Parkway and less than a 10 minute walk to where the annual Pioneer Days Rodeo is held. There are many trailheads for hiking or mountain biking within a 10 minute drive. A 5 minute drive allows you to enjoy one of the many restaurants on Historic 25th Street. Weber State University is 10 minutes away and Lagoon Amusement Park is less than a 30 minute drive. Salt Lake City Airport is 45 minutes away. Headed to Snowbasin or Powder Mountain? You have the option to ride the bus - the closest stop from the house is .7 miles away. Please see UTA bus schedules for more details. The bus system also takes you to many attractions in the Ogden area. Other things to note Children and infants are welcome. However, we do not have any infant or toddler specific safety features. Please bring your own pack and play/baby gate/outlet covers if needed. During snow season, we have salt and a snow shovel available by the back gate for your use. If you prefer that we shovel for you, just let us know and we will be glad to for no extra charge to you.
