You have the top floor with exclusive use of hot tub, fire pit, amazing deck overlooking ocean, bbq, updated kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, wifi (spotty). This top floor of our house is above our part-time residence. Separate entrance. Some dogs accepted. Pet fee of $105 /dog. We know you will have an unforgettable experience..check our reviews! There is a pedestrian walkway along the new bridge so you can take a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to beach. The space As you drive the iconic Pacific Coast Highway (Highway 1) and pull into our driveway your experience begins. You honestly won't find a house with a better view! It has a true beach cottage feel yet has everything you need including wifi. Owners have a separate entrance to lower level part-time residence. Sometimes we are there but you won't see us because the main/top level is completely yours! You can always ask if we are planning to be there during your stay. To access the beach, you will need to drive to the access point. It is about a 2 minute drive. Please ask any questions you have before booking. Guest access The top floor of the house has the full deck with over 180 degree views of the Pacific. You have a private hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill , Adirondack chairs and the upper level with the updated kitchen with all stainless appliances, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 cars max allowed. Other carriers may not work around town or at the house. We recently added Starlink for wifi and the signal has been great! But weather happens so Wifi is not guaranteed for your stay. Outdoor security cameras are in place. When staying at this property you are consenting to outdoor camera video and audio, viewing and recording. No cameras inside. Hot tub area is not on camera.
