Updated year round cottage at Lake Hayward. Everything is new! Central air, washer/dryer, office work area, furnished deck with large propane fire pit and large back yard. Seasonal Lake views and quiet walking neighborhood. Safe 1 minute walk to playground and 1 of 3 beaches. Tennis courts and Pavilion are part of the community. Enjoy our cozy cottage in the heat of summer with Central AC or down on the water and enjoy kayaks included with your stay. 2 State parks close by!! It is 900sf, so keep that in mind when fitting 7-8 people. There are 2 queen beds a full and a twin bed, so it will technically sleep 7, but feel free to bring an air mattress (it will be tight). The deck is great for entertaining and the living room is a good size common space with an L shaped sectional with pull out bed and Smart TV's in every room. Guests enjoy the entire cottage, private driveway and yard. No one else lives at the property. You are in a lake community neighborhood with other similar homes. You are within 1 minute walking distance from 1 of our 3 beaches with a playground and kayaks right on the water!! Lake community neighborhood. All smaller, similar cottages. 3 small beaches, middle one near out cottage has a playground, small boat launch and is also where our boat and kayaks are. Parking is private at the cottage, any more than 4 cars will need to park a short walk away with a parking pass at the community lot. You can walk around the neighborhood and to water, beaches, kayaks etc. There is a small farm 1 min drive from cottage with a farm stand open at 7am. Milk, eggs, meats vegetables. We have guest passes for anyone who needs to park in the community lot, our driveway fits 3 cars techincally and a fourth next to the driveway if needed. Anymore than that will have to park at the community lot a short walk away
