Located within a secure gated resort, the cottage features three bedrooms, including a private loft with stunning lake vistas, two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy family room with a fireplace and TV. Guests can also take advantage of two heated pools, three hot tubs (availability may vary), and various entertainment options. Guest access Please note that Belle Vue Cottage is located at La Casa Resort off Westside Road. It is consideered a mid point - located 30 minutes from Vernon, BC and/or 30 minutes from Kelowna, BC. This 67- kilometer road is known by tourism Kelowna as the “Tail of the Ogopogo”, highlighting its 330 curves and elevation changes. Google maps will give you your exact distance based on your starting point. Private transportation required to get to destination. Commercial transport also available for a fee. Getting around the neighbourhood can be either by foot or renting a golf cart if desired. Belle Vue Cottage is in a gated resort. If other nearby tourist attractions are desired, a car will be required but parking is abundant! Golf cart transportation is common within the resort and can be pre-booked if desired. Links provided upon request. Other things to note Booker must be present during whole stay. Must be minimum 28 years old to book cottage rental. No parties allowed. Please do not touch security panel. Basic starter supplies included for duration of stay. However if more supplies are required during the stay, it will be the responsibility of the guest to replenish. (Market at Resort has all basic supplies required). Doorbell camera will be used if required, for trouble shooting with guest as required for cottage entry concerns. Security cameras can also be seen on deck, driveway and side of house. These cameras will be off and used only if security of the cottage is a concern.
