Very good access from the highway. The Historic Center of Avilés begins 800 meters away in Plaza del Carbayedo, and 900 meters away is Parque de Las Meanas, and Calle La Cámara (main). The space The apartment is in a good building built in 2003, it consists of a hall, living room with dining room for 6 people and a sofa convertible into a large bed. WIFI. 40" TV with satellite channels and 20" TV in each bedroom. The kitchen has a separate fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, hood, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, clothesline, iron and ironing board, toaster, Italian coffee maker and drip coffee maker, juicer, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.
