With a freshly renovated rustic-modern vibe, The Chalet is roomy, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished to host a relaxing getaway for couples, friends, and families. The Chalet features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (all renovated July 2021), and all the amenities you're looking for when traveling to the Poconos including boat/lake access, BBQ, sauna, fresh linens and lightning fast wifi (to name a few!). The space With beautiful, rustic architecture, this home really embodies The Poconos. With Insta-worthy vibes and the absolute highest standard of cleanliness, The Chalet is the perfect destination for your next family getaway. The main floor of this home boasts a gorgeous tall ceiling, with an open floor-plan connecting the brand new, renovated kitchen, dining room and screened-in sun room. Also on the main floor is Bedroom 1, as well as a full bathroom. Outside the double sliding glass doors is a massive 200sqft deck with outdoor patio set, BBQ grill, and recliners. Up the stairs you'll find an open loft area (with a 60" 4K Smart TV and daybed) in addition to Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3, and a full bathroom with walk in shower. Downstairs (ground floor) features a "Family Room" with 70" Smart TV and pull out (Queen size) sleeper sofa, in addition to Bedroom 4, and a full bathroom with enormous walk in shower. Please note you just login with your own streaming credentials for all smart TVs. Like all Summit Lakeside Rental homes, The Chalet includes all the necessary amenities for a great time in the Poconos with family and friends. Included with your stay are a Propane BBQ Grill, hot tub and sauna use, all bedding/linens/towels/blankets, soap/shampoo, kitchen accessories, dish ware, a canoe and a kayak when weather appropriate, laundry detergent, and so much more! The home is directly across the street from our boating and fishing lake, as well as a 12min walk from a second lake that has a swimmable beachfront. Guest access Enter the home via self checkin using the lockbox. The driveway fits up 5 cars. DO NOT PARK IN THE STREET!! You will need a car to get around outside of the gated community. Other things to note The Chalet is located in the heart of the Poconos. Our home is in a gated community that requires all guests to be registered, and is not to be used for parties or events. We require a signed rental agreement 5 days before check-in; if your booking is last minute, we are able to expedite this and make an exception. A 4WD vehicle is highly recommended in the winter. The safe, comfortable vacation community is walkable and serene. If you choose to bring a furry friend, there will be a charge of $100 for up to 3 pets.
