This home offers a total of 3 King beds, 4 queen beds, and 8 twin beds for sleeping for 22! The rooms are lined with windows and give you a view of the bustling city below.

That is why we have prepared two highly comfortable bedrooms that will provide you with all the rest you need after an exciting day of St. Louis sightseeing. Parents traveling with their little bundles of joy will appreciate the pack 'n' play crib.

Shaw neighborhood is home to the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, Tower Grove Park, and Forest Park. Forest Park alone has miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, as well as other exciting points of interest. Tons of restaurants can be found on Grand Ave, and many more Italian restaurants on "The Hill" nearby. You’re near major freeways so scheduling a visit to a Cardinals game is a breeze. You can also visit the Arch, stop by beautiful Soulard, or tour the Anheuser-Busch brewery.
The Shaw neighborhood is a mix of stately, turn-of-the-last-century homes and well-maintained apartments in classic brick. You'll find university and medical students living alongside professionals, many young families, and long-term residents. It's diverse and friendly. Residents are quiet and respectful. You'll mostly want to drive or Uber/Lyft to get around as the street is residential for several city blocks.
The best way to get around is by car with parking included during your stay.
Highways 44, 50, 70, and 55 are conveniently located near the home, allowing quick transportation to most everywhere in the city.
St. Louis has both UBER and Lyft available. We also have two bike share companies with plenty of bike tracks that take you all around the city, just look for the bright green and yellow bikes!
There are also a couple of electric scooter share companies which are super fun to get around on, keep an eye out for the scooters scattered on the sidewalks, pick one up and away you go!
Other Things to Note:
ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.
PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. In addition, it allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $79 fee is collected at the time of payment and labeled as "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee."

As a result, you can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.

✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.
