The space The entire property is yours to enjoy. The house is located on the creek with 120’ frontage. The house has a 40’ covered porch for relaxing and enjoying the view. The house has 4 bedrooms with a living room and 58” smart tv for streaming your favorite show. High speed internet for guests is free and easy to access. WE do no allow parties only guests on reservation are allowed on property. Unauthorized parties will be charged $500.00 fee in addition to any damage. We have security cameras on property tampering or disabling any of the cameras are grounds for eviction and a $500.00 fee charged. Guest access Guests have access with a code to a lockbox to the house and property. Please use caution and enter property slowly. When leaving also use caution and we recommend turning right and turning around in park if needed. If interested in using canoe, kayaks or tubing please contact us for additional waiver and rental fee. Fire pit is available and wood is available to purchase or bring your own. Enjoy a game of hoops or cornhole! Other things to note We have a septic system and well and ask guests to conserve water and to limit showers to 10 minutes. We use ECO friendly products and ask guests to recycle and compost!
